Receptionist

Receive incoming calls, receive walk-in clients, receive forms and incoming documents. Record documents on CRM, scan all incoming documents. Assist with office administration duties, provide feedback, assist with switchboard and ad hoc projects.

Requirement(s)

Qualifications:
Grade 12

Experience:
3 Years in administration and medical aids claims
Experience in a healthcare environment with a concentration in exgratia applications

Skills/competencies:
Excellent communication skills, administrative skills
Must have a valid driver’s license
