Personal Assistant to the CEO

Introduction The purpose of this position is to provide efficient and responsive administrative and organizing services and being able to multi-task and work on several projects at once. The position also has a strong customer service and satisfaction focus and the candidate should be able to provide the highest standards of support to the CEO.
Job Functions PA & Administration

Specification • Promoting the expansion of the business with existing clients
• Ensuring that projects are completed to a specific schedule and quality
• Managing the process between Sales, Creative and Production
• Promoting the Company and products
• Monitoring Sales Team emails for RFQ’s and Client queries and complains
• Set up meetings for CEO with Key Account Clients
• Manage CEO Diary
• Writing of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales report, split between Cash & Account clients
• Rigging Expense report, Budget vs Actual
• Freight charges report, Budget vs Actual
• Manage Debt reporting from Finance to CEO i.e. Debtors & Creditors; Overtime; Vehicle & Fuel Consumption
Requirements Grade 12
2 years experience in office administration
The candidate should have a diverse skill set, including:
• Attention to details
• Enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Business telephone etiquette
• Good administrative writing abilities.
