Adventure Camp Operations Manager

Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience within senior Hospitality Industry management, which should include experience as the General Manager of a recognised Hotel, as well as experience within Food & Beverage Control, Restaurant and Bar management positions. Experience with procurement and management of consumable and non-consumable stock items is essential.

In addition, Travel-tourism Operations and Logistics experience is non-negotiable. Applicants will be required to prove their ability to manage multi-faceted, high volume Adventure-tourism activities, organising and allocating human, vehicular, perishable and non-perishable resources effectively and cost efficiently.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate ability and experience with canoe and associated water sports activities, preferably within a commercial or travel-tourism setting.

Experience within one of Felix Unite’s other Adventure Activity operations would be advantageous, or a similar position within another Company offering high volume sports leisure services.

Must have a proven track record of personal and professional moral & ethical standards. The Adventure Camp is remotely located with little or no supervision, and the successful candidate will be required to ensure scrupulously transparent and unimpeachable personal and professional standards of behaviour, for him/her self as well as the Operation as a whole.
