Introduction The Loans administrator is responsible for overseeing the process of the loan application, evaluation,
and recommendations to clients.
Specification Daily Duties

  • Client inquiries
  • Loan history / settlement amounts / reschedule of payments
  • Stamp duty on security documents
  • Daily reconciliation with the finance department

Loan Administration

  • Credit Agreements
  • Security documents
  • Installment Sale Agreements
  • Discounted advances
  • Completeness of client files
  • Copies of loan documents to be sent out to clients
  • Credit evaluation per client
  • Updating of Client Data Basis on a monthly base
  • Loan payments 24 hours after contracts have been signed

Management Reports

  • Monthly debtors list of Futeni clients
  • Monthly debtors list of Discounted Advances
  • Monthly tracing sheet
  • Monthly reports
  • Collection of Debtors
  • Monthly debit orders and ADHOC
  • Maintaining a list of debit orders
  • Follow-up of rejected debit orders
  • Follow-up of letters on arrear accounts
  • Recalculation of debit orders with interest change Or any other task that are required from time to time
  • Temporary assisting with reception duties
  • 3 Years experience in Loans Department (advantage)
  • Grade 12

The employee must have proficient knowledge of the following:

  • Office Administration
  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

The employee must demonstrate the following skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective verbal, writing, and listening skills in both Afrikaans and English language.
  • Planning, organizing, negotiation, and adaptability is very important
