Introduction We are recruiting for a client in the hospitality industry who specializes in various luxuries treatments like skin care, massages, body treatment, tip to toe, and many more.
Job Functions Guest Relation officer

Specification ·        Welcome guests during check-in and giving a found farewell to guest while checkout

·        Escorting guests to rooms to assisting in arranging reservations

·        Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner

·        Overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures

·        Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment

Requirements o   Minimum 2 years’ experience in the beauty / hospitality industry

o   Must have own reliable transport

o   Willing and prepared to work shifts

o   Market related basic salary with commission and performance bonuses

o   Since Guest Relation Officers spend a great deal of time interacting with guests, it is important that they have strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills. They should also be aggressive problem-solvers and have the ability to manage crises successfully.
