  • Provide logistical support to the Company Secretary in the organisation of Board and Committee meetings.
  • Assist in drafting of the agendas, resolutions and notices of meetings, taking minutes and all ancillary thereto
  • Compile and circulate board and committee packs, meeting event calendars, minutes and agendas
  • Maintain the Statutory books of the company and all its subsidiaries including share register, i.e. amending share transfer
  • Organizing and preparing of Annual General Meeting/ General Meetings, proxies and special resolutions
  • Assist with the appointment and registration of directors and conduct board and Sub-Committee evaluations
  • Engage the Registrar of Companies regarding Statutory requirements-prepare and submit all statutory forms and returns
  • Facilitate governance implementation and compliance
  • Attend to position related ad-hoc tasks that may arise


  • Able to deal sensitively and diplomatically with diverse clients in a wide range of situations
  • High degree of professionalism with strong written and verbal communication
  • Confidential, Analytical, Accountable, Accurate and Attentive to details
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and portray good self-image
  • High levels of personal ethics, integrity and emotional maturity
  • Good knowledge of networking and reporting
  • Able to work well under pressure and independently
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Grade 12 with 25 IGCSE points
  • Tertiary education in Commerce and Law would be an advantage
  • 3-5 years company secretarial working experience
  • Computer literate, with a sharp focus on Microsoft office products
