Is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of administration activities, Inventory and control processes.

1. Stock Control

Ensure and control the correctness of information and performing corrective actions.
Timeous performing of stock control.
Effectively assist depots with queries on AccPac and performing of on the job training.
Effectively assist depots with stock differences and queries and ensure correctness.
Day-end processing for depots to reconcile their stock.
Posts all relevant information as well as transfers, assemblies, adjustments and physical inventories.
Timeously do returns of depot damages by transferring damaged stocks to depots and adjusting damages of remix stores at production facilities and warehouses.
Ensure all month-end functions are done in accordance with company policies and procedures i.e. inventories, reconciliations, etc.
Assist with stock related tasks as required as the need arise.
2. Creditors
Timeous processing of invoices.
Ensure correct rates have been charged.
Ensure invoices are correct.
Timeous forwarding for payment.
Timeous and accurate reconciliation of account.

3. Maintain Logistics data
Maintain accurate Logistics data in the system and report monthly to management

4. Provide Administration Support
Verify correctness of orders received against price lists.
Capture orders on Accpac and update scheduling.
Create invoice from production reports, including transport charges.
Update and maintain daily control registers.
Resolve customer queries.
Maintain proper filing system.
Assist with administrative functions as and when required such as sales invoicingdebtors, creditors, treasury ect.

5. Provides clerical support for stores
Receives, checks, reconciles, files all incoming and outgoing documentation.
Does stocktaking.
Responsible for the cleanliness/neatness of the allocated area/damaged products.
Responsible for hygiene, health and safety in area.


Namibian citizen;
Computer literate with a good mastering of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; Accpac will an added advantage;
Typing skills, proficient in written and spoken English.
Grade 12 / NQF Level four (4) qualification

At least five (5) years relevant working experience. This includes creditors, debtors, stock and general ledger experience.
