Specification Perform administrative duties

1. Creating notifications on SAP
2. Creating work orders on the system
3. Calling and printing of daily preventative work orders
4. Time confirmation of work orders
5. Capturing of data to spreadsheets as requested by PM Manager
6. Putting in and making reservations for the workshop
7. Maintain an up to date filing system of all work orders
8. Updating work schedules as required
9. Creating planned work orders as required

Supported SHEQ

1. House Keeping in Raw Materials Office as per GMP requirements
2. Filing and Document management as per agreed standards
3. Correct PPE to be worn at all times

  • Std. 10/Grade 12/O-Level
  • Must have good SAP knowledge & experience
  • A diploma or Certificate in Office Administration will be an added advantage
