Clerk

  1. Loading and capturing of new member applications, cancellations including any changes of membership details.
  2. Printing of membership certificates and membership cards.
  3. Daily emails, telephone calls and meeting with walk-in clients to assist with membership and contribution queries.
  4. Scanning and checking of membership correspondence.
  5. Sending out statement for groups paying via Debit Order.

  1. Relevant tertiary education.
  2. 1 – 2 years administration or customer service experience.
  3. High competence with Excel, Word and Outlook.
  4. Fluent in English and Afrikaans, any other languages will be an advantage.
  5. Excellent telephone etiquette.
