  • Source information from stakeholders, consolidate, and rely on relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with implementation of new risk initiatives and ensure delivery on projects by planning individual activities according to business needs and monitor actions
  • Analyze monthly reports on projects and initiate improvements on projects and the implementation there
  • Assist Internal Audit with monitoring, tracking, and reporting
  • Minimise risks by engaging and obtaining stakeholders view of where risks exist
  • Maintain the risk assessment framework of the organisation which assist in managing compliance and money laundering
  • Introduce and enhance continuous control monitoring processes
  • Analyse and communicate risk policies and processes to the organization
  • Assist the risk department with educating employees in the early identification of fraud and dishonesty
  • Assist in compiling data analysis to pro-actively identify trends of risk
  • Compile reports to provide relevant information to management


  • Proven computer literacy in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint; Excel; Word; Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and durable negotiation skills
  • Good problem solving and strong analytical skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability and good organizing skills
  • Deadline driven and the ability to work under pressure (high stress tolerance)
  • Accuracy / attention to detail

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Relevant Bachelor Degree
  • 3 years’ experience in AML & Risk Environment
