You will be the right hand for the Branch Manager. You will be responsible for all administrative functions of the branch. Ensuring that all documentation and overtime calculations are correct and send to HR Department monthly, handle the administration of Credit Notes, update Debtors accounts, accurate cash-ups, and timeous Pre-Granning and verifying of Stock.
Act as a relief Cashier from time to time and assist customers with excellent service and satisfaction. Assist the Branch Manager with staff supervision by ensuring they adhere to the Company`s Policies and assist with personnel queries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Effective supervision of the administrative controls & procedures to ensure effective administration of the Branch

  • Accurate and timeous banking of all Cashier`s moneys received

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A vibrant, friendly and trustworthy candidate who is ethical and can perform well under pressure

  • Should have grade 12, with 2 years experience in Branch and Personnel Administration

  • Staff supervision experience and excellent problem solving skills

  • Excellent administration skills, sound communication & interpersonal skills

  • Computer literate – knowledge of the “Kerridge” computer system will be an added advantage

  • Time management skills and reflect a high level of emotional intelligence.

  • A self-starter who is highly motivated and will do the same for the rest of the team
