Admin Clerk

Description

  • o     Telephone Receptionist
  • o     Assist service advisors daily
  • o     Responsible for service bookings
  • o     Receiving and assisting guests courteously
  • o     Responsible for all PSE (Post Service Experience) calls
  • o     Responsible for all general administration within the dealership
  • o     Ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

  • o   Grade 12 certificate
  • o   At least 2 years of admin experience
  • o   Computer Literacy
  • o   Toyota franchise experience will be advantageous
