Member records capturing, updating and maintenance. Conducting and processing data on the system. assist with pre-screening and validation of documents, assist with admin duties, daily and weekly reports.

Requirement(s)

Qualification:
Grade 12

Experience:
Minimum 3 years administration experience in medical aid, bank, insurance, or similar environment

Skills/Competencies:
Good administrative and analytical skills, experience in query handling/problem solving, fluency in English/Afrikaans, proficiency in MS Office, meticulous and independent worker, accurate and results-oriented.

  • Tertiary education will be an added advantage
