•Prepare incident data for statistical or trend analysis and report compilations as per Divisional needs.
•Updating and maintaining the SSHEQ database in both hard copy files and electronic system.
•Assist with the arrangement of internal audits and inspection.
•Organise monthly safety committee meetings.
•Assist with new employee induction programs.
•Assist wit safety training and tool box talks program.
•Assist with PPE Administration and allocation to other departments.
•Assist in preparing and conducting inspections and Audits when required.
•Assist with the investigation and prevention prevention/schedule.
•Issue access control equipment to employees and consultants
•Preparing Divisional meetings and taking of minutes
•Any other administrative/ clerical duties as may be assigned by the superiors.
|•A National Diploma in Administration and Secretarial Skills, with experience in ISOMETRIX and basic safety skills/experience.
•2 years’ experience in Office Administration.
