Admin Assistant

Description

  • o      Assist service advisors daily
  • o     Responsible for daily banking
  • o     Responsible for Vehicle Deal invoicing to banks
  • o     Responsible for receiving and stocking all vehicles
  • o     Responsible for the creation and processing of all purchase orders
  • o     Responsible for all general administration within the dealership
  • o     Responsible for all PSE (Post Service Experience) calls
  • o     Ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

  • o   Grade 12 certificate
  • o   Computer Literacy
  • o   Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor
  • o   At least 2 years of experience in the motor industry
  • o   Toyota franchise experience will be advantageous
  • o   Driver’s license compulsory
